Description:
h2. Problem Description
I submitted a malformed alter command (has an incorrect configuration entry)
and HBase failed to reopen any regions. This is expected, though not ideal.

But when you click the link on the master page and open the rits.jsp page, you
see NPE errors.

A simple null-check will do.
