Created sub-tasks HBASE-6568, HBASE-6569, HBASE-6570, HBASE-6571, HBASE-6573
for each of the pieces for snapshots. Posting a new snapshots patch (based on
all these patches - to apply the coming patch you will need to apply all the
others first) to RB soon.
