I think *hbase:namespace* and *hbase:acl* should be shared, while hbase:meta
should not.
I'm not sure about {*}hbase:replication{*}. Does it store only the status of
replication? Which means there's probably no harm in sharing.
I would say we should stick to the plan and add custom suffix to *hbase:meta*
table only.
