Now the website has the Content Security Policy enabled:

and all static resources can be loaded (no errors):

The Reference Guide can load the icons again:

Also the mathematical formulas are rendered again in the Reference Guide
(though MathJax tries to load some extension from CDN which fails but no
functional problem can be seen):
