Ah, bad news, while memstore replication is enabled, upgrading master first
will cause region servers to crash immediately, as it can not update the log
position any more, because we removed the replication queue data on zookeeper.
Let me file an issue about this first. Hope we could fix this, otherwise our
users need to disable memstore replication before upgrading...
