Description:
Due to issues with the xref syntax used for internal links in AsciiDoc,
multiple internal links are resulting in errors such as "The requested URL was
not found on this server." For example, the following links are causing this
issue:
https://hbase.apache.org/hbase.rpc
https://hbase.apache.org/shaded.protobuf
