[~lhofhansl] Yes, it's bounded but to IIRC 1000 entries. However, in practice
the task list is short unless the regionserver is sick.
My thinking here is latency stats and top of the task list are most useful to
ops at a glance with frequent refresh. The region list gets in the way in that
situation.
