I am attaching patches HBASE-6601-trunk-changeFunctSign.patch and
HBASE-6601-0.94-changeFunctSign.patch to respond to the comments from Andy
Purtell. These patches have changed the name of the addConfigurationValues
function to copyConfigurationValues, and this function now takes the source and
destination Configuration instances.
