The OWASP dependency check plugin is now using Sonatype OSS Index by default.
Access to OSS Index requires a free reistration.
The recommended way to configure OSS Index is by setting the _ossIndexServerId_
configuration property, and adding a server entry in with the credentials in
maven settings.xml
The server name is arbitrary, but the OSSIndex docs uses "ossindex" and I see
no reason not to use that.
