The docker build script that is part of create-release in docker mode has a
hardwired path assuming "amd64" architecture, so it necessarily fails when the
create-release script is invoked on Apple silicon.

I can try to fix this with path globbing.
If that doesn't work, we can clone the Dockerfile, make a version for aarch64,
and add a parameter to do-release-docker that allows one to specify which
Dockerfile to use.
