Description:
Upgrading log4j2 to 2.25.3 breaks site build on branch-2.5, as log4j2 added
osgi annotations in newer versions but only declare it as provided or optional
dependency.
On master this does not introduce problem but let's align the pom for different
branches as much as possible so let's also apply this change to master and
branch-3.
