On branch-2, I need to change TestAsyncProcessWithRegionException to LargeTests
as it needs nearly 6 minutes to finish, which will lead to test timeout.
Since we have removed AsyncProcess on branch-3, I do not want to spend too much
time on how to make it run fast.
