The spark3 module has streaming via the
deprecated DStream/StreamingContext API (HBaseDStreamFunctions: hbaseBulkPut,
hbaseBulkDelete,
hbaseBulkGet, hbaseForeachPartition, hbaseMapPartitions).
This adds the streaming sink (STREAMING_WRITE) to spark4 module.
