The Read-Replica integration tests use pytest, which is capable of generating
HTML and XML reports. The HTML generated by pytest needs to be modified to
align with the console report displayed by HBase Nightly. We want to show a
minimal summary of:
* Each stage
* A Vote (0/+1/-1)
* How many tests passed, failed, and were reran
* List which tests failed, if any
* Provide a link to the logs for any failed tests
