getOpenRegions looked up a table's regions in hbase:meta with a case-insensitive SubstringComparator on "<table>,", which also matches rows of other tables, e.g. "ns:t1", "abct1" or "T1" when merging "t1", and rows whose start key contains "t1,". The tool then aborted with FileNotFoundException looking for those regions under the target table's directory, or could try to merge them. Scan only the table's own row range in meta, skip any region not belonging to the table, and close the meta Table. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
