Addressing in the next commit. Merge both options.asScala.toMap and
options.asCaseSensitiveMap().asScala.toMap, so lowercased aliases exist for
standard option matching, while original-case keys are preserved for Avro
schema parameter references. Replace similar code on inferSchema() and
newWriteBuilder().
