Fix Version/s: (was: 0.96.0)
I did a pass through 0.89-fb and picked out stuff that I think fit for 0.96.0.
Will work on forward porting them to trunk. So moving this out of 0.96.0.
There looks to be loads of great stuff still to forward port or at least worth
evaluating to see if it makes sense forward porting. So will leave this issue
open. Going to mark it noob so if anyone wants to take on this task or even
just do an issue or two from this task.
