Attachment: hbase-6796-v0.patch
Attaching patch for backport. Its doesn't include any of the backup.examples
classes (e.g. ZooKeeperTableArchiveClient and friends) since that is really not
all the important and has been a notoriously flaky test.
Includes:
* Port of HBASE-6797 - TestHFileCleaner fails
** set file mod times rather than sleeping when testing TTL
* Port of HBASE-6439- ignore .archive as TL directory
* Slight cleanup of testhfilecleaner
** Makes sure the file to save falls wthin the TTL
* Applying HBASE-6949: Automatically remove directories via CleanerChore.
** Had to add in local StoppableImplementation.
