After the patch of HBASE-5974
Suppose The process is as the following:
1.A next request is very large, so first time it is failed because of timeout
2.The second time it is failed again because of CallSequenceOutOfOrderException
3.We will retry this next request again after reset scanner, so it is also very
large and failed again because of timeout
4.CallSequenceOutOfOrderException again
5.Repeated the above forever...
