Had not thought on security for this use case. Out need in particular is for
pig, hive, impala and map-reduce to be able to query table definitions without
each having to be configured to understand the underlying table information.
This request might not be necessary if these applications begin using HCatalog
heavily and in a more agnostic manner.
Fine grain control to fields would probably be a wise idea but for our use case
not necessary.
