UnixOperationSystemMXBean compile error with open JDK 1.6.
UnixOperatingSystemMXBean doesn't existed in open JDK 1.6, open JDK doesn't
have any get*FileDescriptorCount method in OperatingSystemMXBean at all, we
need to provide a corresponding method for it.
