Increment/Append won't play nicely with concurrent Puts/Deletes anyway (without
this patch that is), whereas checkAndXXX does.
[[email protected]] These tests finish pretty quickly on my laptop (about
2m), and < 15s on my (beefy) desktop. Should be OK.
OK... Going to commit later today. TestHFileOutputFormat is unrelated - I'll
double check.
This is nice correctness improvement to HBase.
