Hey Elliott,
I can move the backup master section under region servers. Where do you think
it's more appropriate(at the very bottom)? For the header hiding, I saw current
region server section still keep the header even though there is no region
servers. Leaving the backup master header even though there is no backup
masters is more clear to users espeically when a user migrates to new hbase
version from an old one.
