Or, I wonder, maybe we should go for Cell now. In pb, we should have Cell
rather than KV and we should call out the KV particles -- row, family, etc. --
that would align w/ how Cell works. Yeah, less efficient but we ain't doing
much KV pb serializing it seems (Whats happening inside in Result? We not
using the KV protobuf there?)
