This patch seems to be passing all tests. Will try again in morning.
I tried to make a Serialization that would do for all the hbase objects in
MapReduce but messier than just have three Serializers.
This patch also makes Result take pb'd KVs instead of just byte arrays. This
is untenable. It'll be too slow. HBase-7233 is about how to fix this.
Meantime this can serve as the lowest common denominator.
