Here's an initial patch dropping AuthenticationProtocol and converting
TokenProvider to a PB service.
I've tested this on a local secure Hadoop + HBase setup and had token
authentication working for a simple RowCounter MR job. I'm still looking to
see if there's a clean way to extend TestTokenAuthentication to better test
this in the absence of Kerberos.
