Summary: Force ipv4 for unit tests (was: TestMasterReplication
broken in trunk, does NPE)
Alright so I didn't see any NPE but those tests did fail on my machine along
with TestReplication. Upping the sleeps in the tests made it work and digging
down I re-discovered the fact that ipv6 is giving me 5 seconds pause. Forcing
ipv4 in the pom fixed it for me and Stack so I'm changing the title for this
jira to be about that.
