Attaching the updated patch. I removed the empty lines between import
statements. Couldn't see them because import statement are folded by default in
Eclipse. Sorry for the oversight.

I haven't used svn command since i don't know the command to exclude the files
for HBASE-7474.
I am a newbie at Apache patching so i am trying my best to learn about the
stringent Guidelines.
