Here is my completing Elliott's sketch. I'm not sure I like it. In
particular, I do not like that we have these fat RpcRequest and RpcResponse
that have all types listed though they may not apply.
Pity you can't inherit a base type in protobuf...
On other hand, not all Services have a callid or want to do tracing...
