Looking at the tests in TestRestoreSnapshotFromClient, they're related.
I guess we can live with them since we already have:
Running org.apache.hadoop.hbase.client.TestAdmin
Tests run: 42, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0, Time elapsed: 349.753 sec
We can revisit this topic when new tests are added to
TestRestoreSnapshotFromClient.
