I like the Storage File Manager approach. (Think about adding a
createFileInTemp(), commitFile())
I think we should group all the fs operation in a single place, instead
everything mixed in HRegion, Store, StoreFile, ...
on the other side we have a couple of patches out there that can conflict
together. (snapshots, pluggable compaction, ...)
It's not something that should stop the work, but just to keep in mind, that
there will be some extra work to merge them togheder.
