Yep, the default was set for new users that won't understand the impact. You
should change it if you care about mttr.

It's important to have the feature in the core, if not the feature is not
tested hence does not work, or does not work for long. There is a jira to
support a standard administration tool in the core (I can't find it, but it
exists for sure).
