Normally you'd use graceful_stop.sh, which calls region_mover.rb correctly. In
our case we have special needs to I wanted to use region_mover directly. So,
yes, I might be special here :)
Having this available through the shell makes sense to me, though (was
discussing that idea with [[email protected]] offline).
