I rolled back this one and HBASE-7507. Tests are better now. Not sure which one
caused it.
Let's have them both in trunk only.
The tests failing were extremely unspecific, almost random, which it why it was
almost impossible to pinpoint the issue.
(Maybe Jenkins was bad and fixed itself, who knows)
