Sorry if I was not clear enough Ted.
I meant in order to use this feature, either we should clear out the existing
znodes under the splitlog znode manually, or, do it in the code.
Basically, reading an old task znode
(hdfs://<server>:<port>/<hbase>/.logs/blah) is not possible if NN is changed.
We would like to remove the URI but it gets tricky/messy.
