It will be nice to have an easy way to validate that HBase is using, or not,
the checksums and the shortcircuit mode.
Today we need to enable some logs in debug level and check them. A page in the
UI to see the configuration taken into consideration might be useful. Maybe we
can add that into the "attributes" section of the Master Web UI?
