Yeah, some sort of lazy loading should do the trick though I can't think off
hand how complex it will get.
Ideally, you'd be able to specify the encoder class in each column family's
schema params without going through an enum. Not that it would be necessary
for many people, but it would allow users to drop in their own encoder
implementation without doing their own custom build. Sort of like coprocessors.
