Diving into the failed cases, it somehow really funny to me :)
#TestHalfStoreFileReader failed, due to there's an offset(-1) based on the
optimized index key, so we need to treak the target midkey in split test cases.
#TestHFileWriterV2 failed due to call append(final byte[] key, final byte[]
value) api, without setting any ts, it'll never exist in real path.
#most interesting failed case: TestBlocksScanned, after debugging, i found the
api blockSeek() has a diff rule/convention with upper consumers, i'll file a
bug on it.
