Stack, what i feel is, As per the code the new RS should be updated for the
migrated rows. And it should hit that new RS which is the currently running
machine.
But that does not happen when this failure happens and the META tries to still
hit the old RS which is like hardcoded to simulate this migration behaviour.
Correct me if am wrong.
