I just went ahead and applied this patch because the test just failed up on
jenkins:
https://builds.apache.org/job/hbase-0.95/33/testReport/org.apache.hadoop.hbase.regionserver/TestSplitTransactionOnCluster/testShouldThrowIOExceptionIfStoreFileSizeIsEmptyAndShouldSuccessfullyExecuteRollback/
Applied to 0.95 and trunk. Leaving open a while to see if test is fixed.
