Yeah, I do not think this is related to secure bulk load specifically (we've
been seeing this in non-secure bulk load as well).
Somehow we managed to generate an invalid HFile or got HBase in a state where
it did not read the metadata, and somehow that is fixed by disabling and
re-enabling the table.
