I'm -1 to add this new dependency for 0.94 since many are running 0.94 on
Hadoop 1.0.x. That will mean an hadoop upgrade for them, and I don't think it's
a good idea for a minor release. However, I'm +1 to add this dependency for
version 0.95 and more.
