Looks like preference leans toward 7904-v2.txt where only one config param is
set.
Concern was raised @ 09/Mar/13 00:16 for not overwriting our config.
I agree that this is a blocker for 0.95 release.
I am working on some other JIRAs at the same time. So help is welcome for this
issue.
