Yes, let's solve this issue here once and for all. thinking about it, I have a
hard time understanding why we need to use special chars in catalog tables.
Can't we just have a namespace called simple "system", and have tables named
"system.META" and "system.ROOT". I say no funky -, _, . escaping stuff.
