Here is what I'll commit in an hour or two unless objection:
+ Adds an hbase-assembly module. In here we do all assemblies. The site has
also been moved here as well as the book.
+ Made it so we build sources.jar in all modules
+ Did pretty print on our poms.
+ Added a new src-only assembly to build a bundle that can be built.
Patch is big because a bunch of files have been moved.
