How can you get away w/ this Jimmy? Removing maven-surefire-plugin from
hbase-client? You inherit from parent pom? Or removing this --
skipClientTests? It looks useful? Ditto for hbase-common?
This is a radical patch Jimmy. What is going on in the top level pom revoving
stuff like firstPartForkMode?
