The plan is like this: sequence file (current WAL) starts with magic.
New WAL will also start with a different magic and will not be a SequenceFile.
All creation of SequenceFileLogReader will be thru HLogFactory, right now it
just takes care of the configurable classes, in new case it will also have to
tell magics apart and choose the correct reader implementation. Custom user
implementations will obviously break for PB WAL.
PB WAL will have one PB message per HLog.Entry, writing/reading using
*Delimited methods.
KVs will be written as byte array, and compression will work in the same way as
now for them and for families.
On read, the entry will be converted into original HLog.Entry with key and
value.
