The tar file contains the quorum reads related diffs for HBase.
The bulk of this work was done in the DFSClient/DFSInputStream in the HDFS code
base.
On the hbase, there was very minor plumbing work to enable/control quorum reads
without restarting the RS.
You can find the diffs in the
/hdfs and /hbase dirs. Please apply the diffs as numbered.
