Hi Buddies,
I encounter the same issue today, in my case I just incorrectly use "cf" when
the family name is actually "CF", then when bulkload starts the warning message
loops and filled-up my screen, while it's actually useless at all.
I agree with Lars that it should fail with message explicitly tell user no
mapping for the given family-name/column-name
