If the region is not a metaTable and we don't get the Server name from the
regions map we take the origin from the data. Here the RIT is with master's
name.
Incase of MetaTable if serverName is available we populate RIT with the RS name?
So better we unify by updating the RS name in the creation time itself.
Checking out the issues with Rolling restart as Jimmy said. Will update on it
later.
